Register for the 2010 Annual Conference


Conference registration rates:
Full Conference, November 7-9: $500
Preconference Institutes: $155* (Two half-day sessions or one whole-day session)
*in addition to the regular conference registration fee
 
Scholarships and discounts
NAEHCY is a self-supporting membership association that uses its conference registration and membership fees to fund the hosting of its annual conference and to support the organization's work in policy, communications, and technical assistance. Scholarships to cover conference registration fees are currently unavailable.

Conference Policies:

Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Events

If the NAEHCY conference cannot be conducted due to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid registrant will receive any gifts provided to conference attendees. Membership dues of registrants and other fixed conference expenses will be paid from the registration funds. Any remaining funds will be refunded to registrants. NAEHCY is not responsible for any other costs incurred by registrants in connection with the conference.

Payment, Registrant Cancellation and Refund

  • Payment is required within 30 days of registration. All payments must be made by November 30, 2010.
  • Registration remains open through the conference. Attendees who need to cancel may do so without penalty through October 6, 2010.
  • If we receive a cancellation after 6 pm EST on October 6, 2010, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged or withheld from any refund.
  • Conference fees must be paid and cannot be refunded for cancellations after October 16, 2010. Cancellations must be made through the registration system. Email and phone cancellations will not be accepted.
