state coordinator and local liaison survey

Our ability to make the case for new funding is directly dependent on the information we receive from school districts and states. Therefore, we have created two new short online surveys: One for state coordinators, and one for school district liaisons. We estimate that each survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. We do ask respondents to identify their state and school district, but identifiable information will not be used without the permission of the responder.

We recommend reviewing the Microsoft Word version of the surveys prior to completing the online survey, to assist in preparation. We are requesting that surveys be filled out by March 5, 2010.
